Please read carefully

When you purchase a product from our Webstore we will process the order usually within 24 hours. If the product(s) ordered are in stock they will ship within 3 business days. If the products are NOT in stock the order may take up to 3 weeks to fulfill. If this is the case we will contact you and inform you of the expected ship date.

Returns

We can accept returns on products that have not been used or damaged in anyway. There may be a 15% re-stock fee charged for returns. Please contact us before returning items, we will assign you an RMA number that will give you the approval to send us back the item(s).

Shipping Damaged Goods

If you receive items that have been damaged during shipment you will need to contact us immediately. We will then give you instructions on how to make a claim with the shipping company. We can replace the items once you have followed the claims process. It is the customers responsibility to file the claims, insurance will be purchased on all shipments.
