| The EcotoneTM WM
capacitance water level monitoring instrument is ideally
suited for measuring shallow water level fluctuations (ground
or surface) for extended periods of time.
The EcotoneTM WM data logger is combined
with our rugged capacitance sensor and records 16,384 time
and date stamped water level measurements. The large memory
capacity allows data points to be recorded at intervals
not previously possible. For example, water level readings
every:
- 1 hour for 682 days
- 15 minutes for 170 days
- 1 minute for 11.3 days
Data is stored in non-volatile
memory, so in the unlikely event of battery failure,
your data is available after new batteries are installed.
Data is downloaded in text format using either a PC
or a handheld device. Each EcotoneTM WM Water
level monitor provides memory space for a 32-character
user message to aid in data identification. Once the
data is transfered to your PC it is easily analyzed
and graphed with your favorite spreadsheet programs (i.e.
Lotus, Excel, Works, and many other popular software
packages).
