Intermountain Environmental represents and distributes products from many different manufacturers.  Our prices are subject to change without notice and will reflect the pricing provided to us by the manufacturer. Intermountain Environmental, Inc. reserves the right to remove this offer if a competitor has "low-balled" their price and is selling below the current distribution price from the manufacturer.

This policy only applies to the exact product.  In order to apply this guarantee we will need a hard copy of a price quotation from the competing company, a copy of their price list, a copy of an advertisement showing the price, or the URL for the web site where the competitors price is displayed.  This also includes GSA pricing when applicable.

The products we sell are covered under the manufacturers warranty.  Typically, the warranty on most products is at least (12) months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer. Warranties do not apply to any products which have been subjected to modification, misuse, neglect, accidents of nature, or shipping damage. Batteries are not warranted. Under no circumstances will Intermountain Environmental, Inc. or the manufacturer reimburse the claimant for costs incurred in removing and/or reinstalling equipment. This warranty, and Intermountain Environmental nor the manufacturers obligation thereunder, is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of suitability and fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Intermountain Environmental, Inc. nor the manufacturer is liable for consequential damages. If you require specific warranty information on any product we offer contact an technical sales representative.

Orders less than $50.00 will be assessed a $15 handling fee unless pre-paid or paid by C.O.D. or credit card.

VISA, MasterCard, American Express Corporate Purchasing Card, and Discover are accepted.  All On-line credit card transactions are secured (SSL).

Net 30 days on approved credit; all other orders accepted with cash in advance or shipped C.O.D. Application for credit requires a completed Credit Application.

Quantity: 7% from list for 10-24 units per order. 10% from list for 25 or more units per order. Cable lengths are not discounted.

Prepayment: On orders of $2000 or more, a discount of 3% is offered for full prepayment. Campbell Scientific calculates prepayment amount at time of quotation. Full prepayment must be received before production begins.

Quantity: 10% from list for 10-98 units per order. 15% from list for 99 or more units per order.

Shipments vary based on products purchased.  Generally shipments are F.O.B. Logan, Utah or are drop shipped F.O.B. Factory, with shipping, handling and insurance prepaid and added to the invoice as a separate item.

Seller's prices do not include sales, use, excise or other similar taxes. Accordingly, buyer shall, in addition to prices specified by seller, pay any sales, use, excise, or other similar tax attributable to the sale of the goods covered hereby, or, in lieu thereof provide seller with tax exemption certificates acceptable to the taxing authority.

Unused products may be returned within 60 days only with prior written authorization and must be resaleable as new. A 20% restock fee will be charged ($50.00 minimum). Products that may not be returned include: radios and cellular transceivers, satellite transmitters, antennas, and antenna cables; specially modified versions of standard products and software; sensors with non-standard lead lengths; obsolete products; pressure transducers; non-standard products, and products purchased on special order denoted by a part number that begins with SPC-.
